We'll Be Back: NAC's promise, now also as a sticker

There are phrases that carry more weight at NAC than at other clubs. "We'll be back" is one of them. Not a slogan for a banner after a defeat, but a promise we've been carrying with us for years. This week, that promise is on our new stickers, and coincidentally (or not) it's precisely the feeling that permeates the Rat Verlegh Stadion as the season approaches.

Back where we belong

NAC belongs at the highest level of football. That's not boasting; that's just how it feels in Breda. And this summer, that conviction is becoming a bit more concrete. Jan Van den Bergh is back; after his detour via Japan, he's signing in Breda again. Mats Seuntjens is back; in the friendly match against Bolton Wanderers, he was on the NAC team sheet for the first time since April 29, 2016. Add to that Paul Gladon, and with Michael Verrips in goal, a keeper with over two hundred games of experience. Hoefkens himself doesn't call it a coincidence: the coach is clear that promotion is the only ambition.

It all starts on Friday, August 7, away at TOP Oss. Then VVV-Venlo at home, and Jong Ajax a week later. The season hasn't even begun, yet it already feels like we're moving somewhere. Back to the Eredivisie, back to where NAC belongs.

The NAC DNA: indestructible

Anyone who knows the club a little knows that "never give up, always persevere" isn't just three words on a scarf. It's anchored in 1912, it's in every relegation we survived, and every promotion that followed. That DNA is precisely what our new stickers are all about.

The shield in yellow and black, the text "WE'LL BE BACK" and below it "NAC BREDA EST. 1912". Simple, direct, exactly as you know the club. Not an empty slogan, but a promise.

And then there's the variant with a wink.

NAC We'll Be Back sticker with Terminator € 2,99 View in shop

Everyone knows the Terminator from the movies. No matter what you do to stop him, he comes back. Unstoppable, indestructible. Exactly the feeling that belongs to NAC. Trying to dismiss us is useless; we'll be back anyway.

And this isn't all

The rest of this week will see more new stickers in the shop. We're keeping it under wraps which ones exactly, but if you want to stay informed, you won't miss anything if you follow us on Instagram or subscribe to the newsletter. New drops, first in your inbox or on your timeline, before anyone else sees them.

Stick the sticker on your laptop, your case for away matches, or just visibly at home. Show that your belief in yellow and black is as unconditional as the club's itself. Check out the stickers and the rest of the collection in the webshop.
