The face that gave our home its name, now on your own sticker. This 10 x 7 cm die-cut sticker features a portrait of Antoon 'Rat' Verlegh, drawn in a graphic style of black, yellow, and white. His gaze is stern and imperturbable, exactly as you would imagine him on the field in 1912. Below the portrait are the block letters "DE RAT", with the small NAC shield logo in between.
Verlegh played for NAC from the club's founding in 1912 and remained involved until his death in 1960 as a player, coach, and director. Since 2006, our stadium has borne his nickname, and this season marks its thirtieth anniversary. Thirty years of NAC in the Rat's house.
